Dans le programme de la revue TINA, les \u00e9v\u00e8nements ont une part importante, pas seulement de la promotion professionnelle (salons, rencontres) mais aussi des actions, des processus, des exp\u00e9riences, comme ce rendez-vous que nous vous proposons, une invite, pour le 16 ao\u00fbt 2025 : La r\u00e9volution TINA<\/strong>.

La r\u00e9volution TINA, le 16 ao\u00fbt 2025 \u00e0 Paris et ailleurs<\/strong>
C’est une \u00e9preuve. C’est vraiment long. Entre 7 et 9h de p\u00e9riple. 34 kilom\u00e8tres.
C’est une r\u00e9volution (un mouvement en courbe ferm\u00e9e autour d’un axe ou d’un point, r\u00e9el ou fictif, dont le point de retour co\u00efncide avec le point de d\u00e9part)
Un tour de Paris par le boulevard des Mar\u00e9chaux. Il n’y a pas d’objectif projet\u00e9 m\u00eame pas de finir le tour c’est une marche, avec des impr\u00e9vus, sinon ce serait un trajet, vous pouvez en faire 5, 10, 22 et demi des kilom\u00e8tres, vous pouvez bifurquer ne pas se faire mal surtout, d\u00e9part \u00e0 l’Est \u00e0 8h30 du matin m\u00e9tro portes de Vincennes retour \u00e0 l’Est \u00e0 17h\u00a0? 18h\u00a0? 19h\u00a0?
Si vous n’\u00eates pas \u00e0 Paris marchez avec nous \u00e0 distance ce samedi 16 ao\u00fbt 2025 et envoyez une photo\u00a0 et\/ou un texte\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0<\/em>\u00e0 TINA de votre r\u00e9volution (l’article sera publi\u00e9 le 17 ao\u00fbt).

des prot\u00e9ines (barres de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, fruits secs, boissons prot\u00e9in\u00e9es)

une carte de transport pour interrompre \u00e0 tout moment l’\u00e9preuve

TINA marche pour se conna\u00eetre un peu plus, une exploration int\u00e9rieure mais \u00e0 l’ext\u00e9rieur \u2026<\/strong> TINA marche pour chercher des solutions, se faire traverser par elles \u2026<\/strong> TINA marche pour aller de l’avant dans ce monde qui p\u00e9dale en arri\u00e8re \u2026<\/strong> TINA marche, c’est toujours \u00e7a de gagn\u00e9 en temps d’\u00e9cran en moins \u2026<\/strong> TINA marche pour ne pas devenir couch potatoes<\/em> \u2026<\/strong> TINA marche en boucle, en al\u00e9atoire, en zig-zag, attir\u00e9e par les bifurcations propos\u00e9es par le paysage \u2026<\/strong> Marcher, sortir, pour se \u00ab changer les id\u00e9es \u00bb. Formule fr\u00e9quemment utilis\u00e9e pour qualifier de courtes escapades quotidiennes, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement salvatrices. Pour sortir d\u2019une boucle, il s\u2019agit d\u2019aller faire un tour. Un tour pour sortir de son trou.
